Hi, I’m Rachael & I’ve been lucky enough to work for high tech, high performance, and high expectation organisations throughout my career. It struck me that despite different industries, maturities, and cultures, leadership capability remains a critical challenge. Most companies invest time, money, and energy into Leadership Development as a ‘fix’, and yet so often it doesn’t show return on investment, is disconnected from the humans taking part, or is isolated from the day-to-day environment they’ll be going back into.

I want to change that. I will:

  • Partner with you to design development that will work for your people.

  • Make leadership development tangible, relevant, and demonstrably successful.

  • Create space for leaders to be humble, practice, and get feedback.

  • Create environments where leaders feel seen, become part of a community, and feel able to take ownership.

  • Turn potential into performance.

Feeling safe enough to show more of who you are can be challenging (just ask how long it took me to be happy with these photos!) but I wanted to show a bit of vulnerability, and more of what I love, inside and outside of work. I’m happiest when connecting with other people (and dogs!), running (preferably by the sea), and reading (ideally discovering authors with a large back catalogue).

Professionally, my experience spans 15+ years, 9 industries, 3 continents and more than 500 leaders. I love what I do. I learn every day.
