When we may not be the best fit

We may not be the best fit if:
You need or want a global brand in order to drive executive buy-in.
You’re looking for just short-term knowledge transfer rooted in frameworks, as opposed to practical application & embedding of learning.
Senior leaders are not willing to engage or be visible in the work.
You need large-scale rollout across hundreds of leaders in a short timeframe. We do partner with a number of boutique consultancies who are able to provide large scale programmes where we form part of a team of designers & facilitators – so if this is what you need, we might still be a good fit and able to be first point of contact in a larger engagement – let’s chat!
If you’re unsure and would like to soundboard your thoughts, we’re more than happy to help you define your need. You can rest assured that if we’re not the right provider, we’ll be able (and happy!) to point you in the direction of an organisation best suited. We won’t take on work where we can’t deliver.
